Combining passive fire protection, thermal insulation and acoustic performance, RedPro Flex provides a flexible and practical solution where reliability, accessibility and personnel safety are essential.Designed for applications across oil & gas, offshore platforms, petrochemical plants, refineries, power generation, marine, shipbuilding and other high-risk industries, the system helps protect critical valves, actuators, instruments, control equipment and process components while reducing the potential impact of fire and extreme heat.Manufactured using carefully selected high-performance materials, the external fabric is designed for service temperatures ranging from approximately –50°C to +275°C, while the complete protection system can be engineered to withstand extreme fire exposure of up to 1400°C for specified durations, depending on the required configuration and application.Each RedPro Flex system can be custom-designed to suit the exact geometry of the equipment, with removable sections and dedicated access openings for control buttons, indicators, inspection points and operating mechanisms. RedPro Flex delivers advanced protection against Jet Fire and Hydrocarbon Pool Fire, shielding critical equipment from extreme heat, high-velocity flames, and severe fire exposure in accordance with ISO 22899-1, UL 1709, and API RP 2218.
